Metallic Customer Support Portal

The Metallic Customer Support Portal is where Metallic Customers with active Metallic Subscriptions can create and manage their support cases to quickly resolve any issues related to their Metallic data management services.


Accessing this Resource

To access the Metallic Customer Support Portal, you or your organization must have current Metallic Product Subscription(s) and you must be a designated contact for the organization. If you meet these requirements and you do not have a Metallic Customer Support login and password please send an email to Metallic Customer Support and provide at least one Tenant ID along with your contact information. A member of the Metallic Customer Support team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
